Provide a digital copy of the design with your physical product.

You are never allowed to resell, share, re-distribute or otherwise transfer items downloaded to other 3rd parties.

Yes they are welcome to use the designs for that.

Yes you can.

Our designers work hard to constantly expand the selection. We have an open ear for the wishes of our community. If you have any requests, don't be afraid to let us know. We will see what we can do.

Yes you can cancel the subscription at any time. If you no longer have an active subscription, the designs you have already downloaded may not be used under any circumstances.

Exception already printed / manufactured physical products. These may of course still be sold. If you want to continue using a particular design, you must purchase the single license by buying the product directly (individually or as a bundle).

Customers who require an invoice are able to generate one automatically from a link in their email receipt.

If you purchased a digital product, you will immediately be taken to a page where you can download your file.

For subscriptions and memberships, after paying you'll be prompted to log into your newly created account to access your files.

Haven't received your receipt with the download link yet? Check your spam/junk folder to see whether it's gone there.

If it hasn't then you may have made a typo in your email address when purchasing. Please contact us.
